Meet Charis!
Hello and welcome to my website! My name is Charis Simmons-Carey your Creative Director. I’ve always had a love for baking cakes and pastries so after years of baking for family and friends, in September of 2015 I stepped out of my comfort zone and established the renowned Sugar Bliss Boutique.
